Nana's Potatoes


1 Package O'Brien Potatoes
2 Cups Sour Cream
2 Cups Cheddar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Corn Flakes

Spread Potatoes in Casserole Dish
Combine Sour Cream and Cheddar
Spread Mixture Over Taters
Mix Butter and Corn Flakes
Spread On Top
Bake at 325 Degrees for 90 Minutes

I remember this recipe from the 80's. It was at a potluck and I had to track down the person who made it. It really is quite delicious. So, glad it's a tradition at your house.
